Jessica, a British citizen, has 37 years of experience at senior management level in stock markets and Finance with expatriate postings in Tokyo, Singapore, Yangon and London at world-class firms. She also has extensive knowledge of global markets, diverse asset classes, HR, leadership techniques as well as entrepreneurial experience in hospitality. Special interest in gender equality and wrote an M.Sc. thesis (London School of Economics 1999) which presented on the “Stratification of Gender in Japanese Corporations.” Experience also in Educational Governance through serving for several years as Chair of the Board of Governors at an International IB World School in Indonesia. She maintains a strong passion for mentoring and advising Women towards achieving their fullest potential in life.
