Norlida has over 20 years of international and regional strategic development and managementexperience. In October 2020, Norlida joined Axiata Group Berhad as the Chief People Officer. Herformer role includes Pemodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) as the Chief People & Culture Officer., Head of Human Resources at HSBC after 4 years as Group Chief Human Capital Officer at UEM Group.
Prior to joining UEM Group, she was the Global Head of Talent Management at Abu Dhabi IslamicBank (ADIB) where she established and implemented an integrated talent management framework with her “talent book” which identified senior talent and high potentials, succession planning, regional and international resourcing and mobility programmes. In 2009, she became ADIB’s Chief Operating Officer / Head of Business Development & Strategy Wholesale Banking Group. She also held Executive General Manager role in a Commercial Bank Group where she spearheaded the Group Human Resource and Corporate Communications.
