A Programme for Young Women Leaders

The Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) programme is designed to equip first time people managers and rising women leaders an exploratory and learning platform to become self-equipped leaders. The programme is designed to provide a platform for young women build their leadership by learning the different aspects of their identity, intersections of their identity, key fundamental leadership competencies, networking and building commanding and charismatic presence online and offline.
The 6-month programme is a modular journey, taking participants through the essentials of emerging leaders. Throughout the programme, participants will be guided and supported by a diverse group of trainers, facilitators and coaches skilled in the respective modules curated.
The journey culminates with a “Showcase”, which allows the delegates to share, reflect and present themselves to fellow cohort members and sponsors. The 2024 programme will be offered PHYSICALLY with the “Prelude” and “Showcase & Graduation” offered in HYBRID mode in order to help bring together the cohort and its supporters to reinforce and celebrate the milestone collectively.
