A Programme for Young Women Leaders

The Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) programme is designed to empower first-time managers and aspiring women leaders with the tools, insights, and confidence to excel in leadership roles.
Through this transformative journey, participants will explore their unique identities, understand the interplay of their personal and professional selves, and develop key leadership competencies. The programme also emphasizes networking and mastering a strong, charismatic presence both online and offline.
EWL is a six-month programme that guides participants through the foundational skills of leadership. Each module is facilitated by experienced trainers, facilitators, and coaches, ensuring a rich and supportive learning experience.
The programme culminates in the highlighted “Showcase” event, where participants reflect on their growth, share their insights, and connect with their cohort and sponsors. For 2025, the programme will primarily be conducted in person, with group coaching sessions held virtually to enhance flexibility. The Graduation will be bringing participants together to celebrate achievements and milestones.
