A Programme for Young Women Leaders
May 2026
Emerging women leaders in middle management are navigating an evolving landscape—shaped by technological advancement, shifting work models, and a growing demand for agility and collaboration. For women, this comes with added pressures of family care responsibilities and breaking through gendered leadership stereotypes.
This combination places women at greater risk of burnout, contributing to the leaking leadership pipeline and impacting long-term succession planning.
To support this critical group, we are introducing a 2.5-day leadership bootcamp—an intensive, focused experience designed to support emerging women leaders define their leadership purpose and strengths, develop skills to manage high-performing teams and strengthen business acumen and expand their network.
As workplaces continue to evolve, our approach to building the next generation of leaders must evolve too.
