LeadWomen is launching a new leadership programme – the Emerging Women Leaders!
The Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) programme is designed to equip first time people managers and rising women leaders an exploratory and learning platform to become self-equipped leaders.
LeadWomen has at least 10 years of providing services in the space of women leadership and gender equity programmes, and have recently developed this programme with a dedicated focus group of HR and L&D professionals.
The 8-month programme is a modular journey, taking participants through the essentials of emerging leaders. Throughout the programme, participants will be guided and supported by a diverse group of trainers, facilitators and coaches skilled in the respective modules curated.
