Tasneem Zaharuddin Fikri

Tasneem graduated from Sunway University with a degree in International Business, bringing a global perspective to the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). As a recent graduate, she is eager to contribute to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued and empowered. She believes that empathy, respect, and understanding are the core tenets of DEI, fostering strong, collaborative teams and a sense of belonging.

Beyond that, she cultivates discipline and resilience through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, principles that inform her approach to DEI challenges. Demonstrating compassion, she also actively cares for stray animals, reflecting her belief in extending empathy to all.

She is excited to apply her academic knowledge, personal values, and passion for DEI to LeadWomen’s mission. She is committed to learning from her experienced colleagues and contributing to initiatives that promote a truly equitable and inclusive environment.
