About the Event

LeadWomen International Women’s Day 2025 Campaign builds on the momentum of the #HumanityRebalanced theme introduced at the APAC DEI Summit 2024. This initiative continues to address ongoing challenges such as gender inequality, ageism, and the inclusion of diverse abilities, emphasising practical solutions and collaborative action to accelerate progress.

Event Overview

LeadWomen’s International Women’s Day 2025 campaign built on the momentum of the #HumanityRebalanced theme introduced at the APAC DEI Summit 2024, turning the spotlight towards a timely and vital dialogue — fostering intergenerational understanding in today’s evolving and diverse workplaces.

The campaign brought together over 100 delegates and was hosted at the iconic Pos Malaysia Headquarters. The day started with ”The Office Makeover”, an interactive ice-breaking activity that immersed participants in exploring generational perspectives and workplace needs. This led to heartfelt sharing and reflections, fostering deeper mutual understanding and meaningful connections among delegates.

The panel discussion on the power of multigenerational workforces explored practical ways to bridge generational divides, the importance of empathy in leadership, breaking down stereotypes, and the shared responsibility to continuously upskill in an era of rapid digital change.

Our delegates also participated in “Whispers Across Generations”, an interactive session that sparked laughter, reflection, and powerful takeaways on communication across age groups. The event concluded with a closing address by Anne Abraham, Founder and Chairperson of LeadWomen and a collective call to action to continue cultivating workplaces that value inclusion across all generations.

This impactful campaign reflected LeadWomen’s ongoing commitment to rebalancing humanity — for everyone, at every age.
