Give to Gain
International Women's Day
2026
A call to action for shared responsibility, intergenerational solidarity, and collective progress.
About the Event
LeadWomen International Women’s Day 2026 campaign introduces #GiveToGain as a call to action for shared responsibility, intergenerational solidarity, and collective progress. The theme reflects a simple but powerful idea: progress happens when women intentionally give time, perspective, access, mentorship, sponsorship, or influence so that others may gain. In return, those who give also gain renewed relevance, insight, connection, and legacy.
