Zoom Webinar
Reframing Leadership Through Gender Empathy
International Men's Day
2025
Understanding Men. Empowering All
About the Webinar
In many organisations, emotional literacy remains underdeveloped—especially across gender lines. Men are often expected to project strength, suppress vulnerability, and lead with logic over emotion, while women are encouraged to be empathetic but penalised for being “too soft.” These rigid expectations hinder authentic communication, trust-building, and collaboration.
By unpacking these gendered dynamics through a thoughtfully designed programme of storytelling, interactive learning, and reflective dialogue, this webinar surfaces the unseen forces that shape how leaders show up, respond to pressure, and connect with others.
Our goal is to bridge the gender empathy gap in leadership—not to centre one gender’s experience over another, but to foster a more complete, human-centred understanding of how men and women experience power, pressure, and purpose differently in the workplace.
This initiative goes beyond representation—it is about rebalancing humanity in leadership, one empathetic conversation at a time.
The rebalancing of humanity in leadership begins when we bring what’s unspoken into the conversation. This webinar helps leaders go beyond policy and representation—into the heart of how we work together, communicate across differences, and lead with empathy.
Webinar Objective
To spark a new wave of emotionally fluent leadership by helping senior leaders—especially women—understand the emotional realities, communication patterns, and inner struggles of male leaders. Through a mix of storytelling, interactive learning, and reflective dialogue, this webinar bridges gender empathy gaps in the workplace, builds stronger cross-gender collaboration, and drives meaningful DEI impact across leadership pipelines.

Leading with Gender Empathy
This gathering is more than a webinar — it is a step towards workplaces where leadership is shared, human-centred, and inclusive. To honour this purpose, we invite you to:
- Collaborate across genders by listening with curiosity and engaging with generosity.
- Acknowledge emotional undercurrents — spoken and unspoken — in workplace dynamics.
- Communicate with care during dialogue, reviews, and moments of conflict.
- Model allyship with authenticity, beginning with self-awareness and humility.
- Nurture psychological safety so every voice, regardless of gender or seniority, feels valued and heard.
By joining, you commit to these principles and to co-creating a leadership dialogue rooted in empathy.
We look forward to seeing you!
