LeadWomen Executive Network

LeadWomen has formed and managed a group of high-profile senior women leaders in the Board Membership in the last 10 years. Over the decade, there was a clearer need for the a curated community space for younger women leaders. In the past year alone, we have received many requests from the younger women population to join a membership with LeadWomen. 

 

The Executive Network is an exclusive membership for executive women leaders in Malaysia and beyond. It offers a safe space for networking, relationship building and capacity development. Our Executive Network is tailored for women holding executive positions, intending to get involved in LeadWomen’s DEI initiatives. Members have special access to attend sessions with renowned speakers, quarterly networking events with our Director Members and more.

Who is LeadWomen Executive Network for?

This membership is open to individuals who meet any one of the following criteria:
 
  • Women in leadership roles, from first-time managers to senior leaders
  • Women with approximately 5 years and above of experience as managers or functional leaders
  • Women ongoing or preparing for C-Suite roles

Updated Membership Model

We are evolving the LeadWomen Community to be more inclusive, accessible, and impactful for women leaders across Malaysia and the region.
 
As our membership has grown into a strong platform for peer learning, shared experiences, and meaningful connections, we have transitioned to a no-fee, application-based community model, effective 1 January 2026.

Access to Members' Only Sessions

You will be invited to our members only sessions, designed to bring different expertise and perspectives to share thoughts and experience and encourage discourse. The sessions are curated to draw inputs from the audience to create a more participatory-based discussion to enable a more meaningful space and learning for audience and speakers mutually.
